As part of my full time role as a Digital Experience Engineer at Reduct Nepal, I redesigned sections of Reduct.Video’s website to improve user experience and implemented content marketing strategies to improve visibility and engagement. The goal was to create a responsive, user-friendly website aligned with modern design standards, while leveraging targeted content strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
Design Process
Research: Conducted competitor analysis and usability testing to understand gaps and user expectations.
Ideation: Designed wireframes and prototypes in Figma, focusing on accessibility and content.
Implementation: Developed the site using Gatsby.js for fast-loading and dynamic experiences.
Iteration: Conducted multiple rounds of iterative improvements.
Challenges
Technical Limitations: Overcame Gatsby.js performance bottlenecks by optimizing image loading and caching mechanisms.
Content Alignment: Ensured consistency in tone and messaging across all content by creating a detailed content style guide.
